Each year, this award is presented to a family law practitioner who has been engaged in the practice for 15 years or less and who exemplifies certain noteworthy principles. Namely, by receiving this award, Ms. Sutak has proven that she continuously studies past and present case law; carefully analyzes each case; presents the issues and applicable law to clients in an understandable manner; attempts to first settle issues fairly and reasonably; shows respect and courtesy for the bench and bar; maintains integrity and professionalism; exhibits leadership in the County and State Bar Association; and much more.
