We are a women owned law firm focusing in Divorce Law and legal issues surrounding you and your family. We strive to be a source of comfort and guidance during the most emotional time in our client’s lives. Arndt, Sutak & Miceli, LLC, is a cohesive legal team that passionately assists families in sensitive matters. Our team consists of four lawyers, one paralegal and one legal assistant most of whom have all worked together for years.
Our Story
Jessica Arndt and Alison Sutak met during their freshman year at Ramapo College, where they were both assigned to live in the scholarship dorms. Little did they know at that time, they would become sorority sisters and inseparable best friends over the next two decades.
Soon after, the partners’ dream of opening their own law firm was born. While each of their careers took them on different paths for a time, soon the opportunity for Jessica and Alison to finally work together presented itself at an established Middlesex County Family Law firm. Unfortunately, following the abrupt closure of that firm and then tragic demise of their former employer, Jessica and Alison decided that they would take the leap to turn their dream into a reality, creating Arndt & Sutak, LLC in 2019.
During this time, Alison and Lauren founded the Aldona E. Appleton Family Law Inns of Court together. This group is dedicated to advancing the knowledge, collegiality, and professionalism of family law attorneys in Middlesex County and its neighboring counties. While working together on the executive board for the Inns of Court, the three partners decided to form a law firm with similar goals. Lauren ultimately joined Alison and Jessica in 2021 as partner to the firm, and so Arndt, Sutak & Miceli, LLC was born.
Arndt, Sutak, and Miceli, LLC strives to bring a goal-oriented approach to issues facing the families of our state. We understand that divorce and family law matters are very emotionally challenging. Clients of Arndt, Sutak, and Miceli, LLC, are given the highest level of attentiveness while we work together to coordinate a strategy to resolve your concerns. We recognize that family law matters involve your children, your livelihoods and your lifestyles, and that no two families look the same so no two cases can be approached exactly the same.

Meet The Team
JESSICA L. ARNDT, ESQ.
Devotes her practice exclusively to family law matters with emphasis on child custody and support, domestic violence actions, equitable distribution of assets, pre and post marital agreements, divorce and alimony.
ALISON J. SUTAK, ESQ.
Exclusively devoted to the practice of family law, particularly domestic violence actions, child custody and divorce. Ms. Sutak is thoughtful to and diligent in assessing all issues in each of her
cases.
LAUREN A. MICELI, ESQ.
Dedicates her practice to Divorce and Family Law matters. Lauren is well versed in divorce litigation, equitable distribution, alimony, child support, child custody, and post-judgment modification and enforcement issues.
Denise Eckerson
Denise strives to make sure all of the firm’s clients receive great customer service. She assists clients in completing the necessary documents pertinent to their family law matters.
Kristene Coleman
Kristene makes every effort to give our client’s a positive experience in such a rough time in their life and for their matter to move as smoothly as possible.
